Day Lewis Pharmacy Custom House

Helpful staff and great to have a local pharmacy. However, like most of the shops on this strip, this place is rundown. Prescriptions can also be a little slow as they are usually pretty busy. EDIT: they refitted the shop recently and it now looks a lot better. Have another star!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Close proximity to the local doctors surgery is a plus too. The on call pharmacists are also very good at their jobs.

Only issues I have and what keeps it from 5 Stars are the availability of some Medicines (possibly due to how big of an area is serves) and how busy it can be in the evening.

Worst pharmacy ever I went 3 times to get my flu shots and all of the pharmacist wasn't there, I tried to call before the third time they didn't respond. I went in there and the phone was ringing and they don't respond. I mean you can make people's lives easier if you just answer the phone instead of telling people to come after an hour when the pharmacist is back which I highly doubt he will be

Been using this pharmacy, so far no problem whatsoever. Staff are friendly and helpful. The area is dodgy but the pharmacy itself works well from what I can see.

George and the rest of his staff do a great job. Super friendly. And always give great advice.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, never had a problem, it's all ways nice and clean
