Please never trust this shop..all Gujrati Staff are cheater...if gp prescirpe you any medicine so even after that they charge you. And ask you for cash payment... GP Said you don't have to pay any amount but still this Indian guy ask me about money..and didn't give me my medicine as well .... never ever trust this shop and please file a complain anyone about this shop..

I find the staff at Carters to be professional, polite and attentive.
I don't understand some of the reviews because they have ALWAYS shown me consideration and respect.

Wide variety to chose from, as a quite large pharmacy. IN the central of Wembley, they just seem so appropriate with their offer. Always more staff - chair to sit when you need to wait for prescription - and I was also helped when once in a while had issue with GP prescription, or they waited for me just before closure when arrived late by end of the day (called them up to wait for me.)

Very rude staff specially one old men and one short brown eyes lady.they think all customers are buying free stuff from them. I don't have any complaint against the store but staff are really rude but no worries I change to boots now.

Today, my mum had the best experience in this amazing pharmacy. Lovely gentleman help my mum to get medicine in different language. My mum don’t speaking in the English language, but this amazing gentleman helped and made so many efforts. Unfortunately, other staff was not interested in helping.

Definitely best pharmacy for my family.

Very rude staff lady. I was asked by GP to urgently visit pharmacy and get my blood pressure checked. Boots redirected me to this pharmacy. The lady first immediately said machine is not working, then said it’s on charge, the talking to man in Gujarati said come after 2 hours and test will be charged. Just awful experience.

You can get almost all the medicines here and some daily use products.

I rate this pharmacy highly n find some of the reviews a bit unfair. Like myself all the staff at carters have worked on the front line throughout the pandemic. They have put their health at risk n worked long hours away from family. Its sad that people can't be more grateful instead of finding fault. All the staff at carters have always been very kind to me, often checking to see if I was OK n staying well while working during the pandemic. Keep up the fantastic work guys, you are appreciated 👏 ♥️😇👍
