Pickfords Pharmacy

I needed some help in obtaining a prescription and the pharmacist at Mr Pickfords really went out of her way to help, making phone calls to the surgery and following up with her colleagues. It was above and beyond what anyone could expect.

I've been using this Pharmacy for a while now and the staff have always been really helpful and friendly.

Absolutely shameful! Today I had booked a flu jab for my elderly father(96). After trying to park and battling the steps up to to the pharmacy, we were made to wait quite a long time for the assistant to tell me that we are not doing walk-ins today. I corrected her by saying we have a booking at 12:15.she said they didn’t have any flu jabs available! No apology, no reason why they didn’t phone/text just basically go away. That’s not a problem as I wouldn’t go back there under any circumstances. Manners cost nothing! 😡

All the staff here are extremely courteous and professional.
Marija, the Pharmacist deserves credit, as she always has the friendly and personal approach to her patients and has the medication ready even when it’s short notice late from the GP surgery.

I want to say a huge thank you to Pickford's pharmacy, I have been using it for years, but after a period of moving away, I have returned to this pharmacy.
The staff members are absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful.
In particular; Jo (Joanne), she goes above and beyond her duty and always makes me feel comfortable, particularly if it is a query over something more private and confidential. She is professional and knowledge and always presents with such a kind and caring nature.

This pharmacy always takes so long to make up prescriptions from go sign off to collection and over the past few months this has got worse. This really does need to improve, as often this medication is critical to the persons health.

I can't thankJoanne and Marija enough for all the help they gave me trying to track down an item on a prescription for my mother, they went above and beyond to help me and i picked it up this morning, fantastic customer service and caring staff, thank you so much, hugely appreciated
