Staff barely speak English & look at you like your the problem, takes 50 hours to get a prescription, they say they will phone you when your prescription is ready & they actually never call you... so they lie & caught one "ladie" picking her nose behind the pharmacy counter... Amazing customer service HAHAHAHA!!!!

If you want your prescription in good time I wouldn't use here. I use thier own app to request my prescriptions and they still can't get them ready. Used to be my regular pharmacy but not anymore. Made to feel like you are hassling them to get a prescription they have had for a week and still not sorted

No longer a Lloyd's Pharmacy. Been taken over by an independent pharmacist and my experience was excellent. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Unhelpful rude man sounded bored and uninterested. Shocking customer service no help whatsoever only gave one star because I couldn’t give none
