Forever Pharmacy

We ordered from Forever Pharmacy online, we found them to be very competitively priced and offered the best deal by far for our particular purchase. Our order was dispatched very quickly, however the POST OFFICE mislaid the package. Though not at fault Forever Pharmacy went above and beyond to quickly sort the matter. I found the professionalism of this company to be outstanding. I was called back very quickly when the person I needed to speak to was otherwise engaged. He was extremely apologetic when in fact it was the delivery company that had let both him and myself down. I cannot praise good service enough when I receive it and this company excelled way beyond the normal businesses you will deal with. I will most definitely be using them again in the future. Massive thanks and well deserved 5 stars 👍

I place the order online on the 16th November and I did not receive anything until now. I tried to call them 6 times and I even left the message and still nothing. They charge me for the item that I don't have. Really disappointed!

Awful experience and will never use again. Order placed 30th January. No updates, no arrival, nothing. They do not respond to emails or to phone calls and messages but place a hold on the money in Paypal. Thanks to Paypal this will be cancelled after 30 days but the service is not acceptable. They are probably too busy fulfilling Amazon orders but I note there are complaints there too. Rubbish service and disgraceful organisation. Buyers beware!!

Placed an order 7 days ago and paid £4.95 I think for 1st class delivery. It said 1 to 2 working days. I needed an medication urgently. It was the only place I could find it that had it in stock. Tired calling them and emailing them. No luck!

Wish I had read the reviews first. A waste of a company. We be asking PayPal for my money backs.

I have ordered a few things from the pharmacy (via Amazon) and still have not received my items. They have not even mentioned that there will be a delay in delivering the products! I am still waiting for the pharmacy to contact me back. Quite disappointed.

Received my item today, with the box and the nails files only. The Mycosan was taken from the box before it was placed into the sealed Amazon envelope. Someone must of wanted it more than me.😡

I placed an order on the 16th of December and still not received the order. I've tried calling loads of times and sent an email and nothing, they do not get back to you. I think I've been scammed!

NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH NO ANSWER TO EMAILS NO ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN
