really poor service the order is never correct. my wife picked her repeat script up today it was incorrect as usual. She phoned the pharmacy only to to be told by a very rude male pharnacist that they would not do anything about it. And to see her doctor. the medicine missing are for hypertension. shocking service I recommend you go to superdrug we are changing to them.

The staff were really struggling because of a new computer system and possibly a new pharmacist working here but despite some pretty obnoxious customers in the queue in front of me, they kept plugging away and doing their best.
My mum had run out of some essential meds and while the staff member serving did ask if I could wait until Monday I said I couldn't and they stayed on and got my order complete, even though they should have left 1/2 hour prior.
I hope that they can take comfort and the face that the majority of their customers appreciate their effort in what must be continued busy times in tough conditions!

Quite shocked that the issue of prescriptions is STILL causing problems at this pharmacy. My 92 year old mother was told there was no prescription for her and she would have to wait 10 days, where infact it was there, just hadn't been signed off. Not acceptable

Very busy always a huge waiting line

Usually okay awful lately, the wait time and service, the lady's in there are lovely but the pharmacist (middle aged guy) is just rude, obviously thinks he's above us all.
