Lazy staff.
ordered a day earlier for same day delivery. medicine should have been ready . they told me to come tomorrow and once i said same day delivery. i was asked to wait for 30 mins. very poor customer service. they are not polite as well.

Stood at the counter for several minutes I was the only member of public there totally blanked by staff didn't acknowledge me at all. So unprofessional and rude. If they worked for me they would be out of a job. Wake Lloyds get better staff if you want to keep your customers.

SO RUDE so I went to Boots over the road far better service. Will not bother with Lloyds again

Staff were quite gruff and whilst they pointed me in the direction of what I needed I felt a bit lost trying to actually find it as there were a few different variations on what I needed so I didn't know what I should get.

Friendly staff members. Pharmacy is well stocked.

Extremely rude staff . I said her hello twice and everytime she said " Can I help ". Unbelievable

If I could give no ratings I would. 0% customer service. Both my dad and brother are disabled anytime I call to speak to someone before going down there they don't know anything and are very rude no sympathy towards patients and explaining anything to you. Woman actually said "Are we done now" are you mad I actually went down there and they blamed me for my attitude. Worst pharmacy in Ashford. Do not use them.

Have had two interactions with this branch in the last six months: both resulted in wasted trips. Once I went for medication then was told it wasn’t in stock, the second time was for an appointment to find out that the member of staff responsible wasn’t there that day and no one had remembered to notify me. Frustrating but both times the staff member has been apologetic and pleasant about it.
