Jhoots Pharmacy Hatfield

My gp surgery suggest me to call a local chemist/pharmacist to found out more about my concern.
I called JHOOT in Hatfield as is the nearest , just to be asked if I'm East European, which country I'm from and what am I doing when I'm ill there?

It's out of ordinary, I would dare to say racist, to be asked this when you work and pay taxes as everyone else in this country .

The woman who works here is so nice! No issues at all with her and they do get the job done. However, the man that works behind the counter is always so rude. He raises his voice and acts very hostile towards customers, all he was doing was getting me my prescription. Shouldn't be in a customer service job if he can't deal with people.

Really sad looking pharmacy (inside and out). Not one you'd go to pick up anything but prescriptions(and even then, i'd rather get mine elsewhere) - make shift shelves with barely any products just seem like token items rather than there to be sold. It's dark and dingey, you'd think it's closed.
Staff are rude and have terrible telephone manner. You will be constantly reminded they close for lunch without any prompt too.
