Sunset Pharmacy

They don't seem too clued up here and sometimes they are not helpful at all.
My pregnant wife had hemorroids and they refused to give her any cream to help her ease the pain - they told her to go to the hospital to get seen for a minor thing like this! Now that is plain laziness, talk about trying to ease the pressure on the NHS! Not happy about this at all.

I find Sunset Pharmacy to be one of the best around. Really quick and easy to order a repeat prescription over the phone. Also, during a time of medication changing on a weekly basis, they were very accommodating and professional. Great service.

I have their service that requests them to sort out my monthly medication requests and delivery due to my disabilities, and in the past year I've gone through every month with at least one of my medications running out for up to 9 days. My support worker and I have contacted them every single month to ask them for it to not be late and it's still always late and I'm left without.
This time, all of my medication has run out at the same time so I have NO medication to last me through the weekend, and possibly next week.
As mentioned multiple people assisting me have rung up and say have promised it will be sorted and they would "start doing it three days earlier", which they havent been able to stick to for more than a month.
This is going to cause both my mental and physical illnesses harm yet again.

Really lovely staff always helpful and happy. Super fast and offering support on how to use the NHS app to sort out monthly prescriptions.

Was closed before the advertised closing time, with no indication they where closed. The opening time shows up as different times here on google and their website, so I rang to confirm which time they where open and to check if they had the items on my prescription. They where extremely rude over the phone, snorted in derision when I asked about the times, didn't confirm and snapped at me "anything else" I asked about the prescription items and they kept asking for my name and saying I wasn't in their system, didn't seem to understand the difference between a one off and repeat prescription. There are other pharmacies in the area each one when I rang was polite and helpful so I went elsewhere.
