There is a young male member of staff who is rude and arrogant. I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

tried to charge me £5.99 for panadol when marked £ 3.99 on shelf and same £3.99 on their web site.Tried to tell me price changed recently. Complete rubbish

Just moved to Honiton, so far they’ve been unable to fill a prescription they promised me on Friday, I’ve had an appalling weekend with withdrawals as they shut early on Saturday and as I now can’t get there myself, my friend was fobbed off Monday morning and I’ve got to wait now until this afternoon. Are they hoping I’ll drop dead so they have less to do? Disgraceful on all levels!

They seem determined to make it more and more difficult to collect repeat prescriptions. There's a clue in the repeat part of it but you now have to ring to make sure they repeat it. Becoming a farce.
