Putting lives at risk by forcing people to suddenly withdrawal from long term meds because they cannot sort the prescription out for over a week despite the GP issuing proof it was sent.

Will never go back here again. I think they are a danger.

There are loads of services offering free delivery now, so they do not have the monopoly. Save yourself a 40 minute wait for nothing and get it delivered

Glacially slow, with zero urgency. Frequently queues are to, or out of the door. Do not ever send an urgent prescription here. Expect a 20 minute wait and at least 50% of the time, to then be told some or all of your prescription is out of stock, meaning you'll be waiting 20+ minutes again, at least once more.

Despite repeated complaints to Lloyd's HQ, no help, support or training is evident. I would be sympathetic with the staff if they looked like they were at least trying, but they shuffle, shamble, natter, and complain they can't use the system. "How do I print a prescription?" was overhead in my most recent 40 minute epic wait.

The current solution appears to be acres of signs laden with excuses and random closures to catch up, none of which seem to help. Avoid like the plague.

Well, it’s fantastic if you like waiting over an hour to be told they have “lost” your prescription. They are obviously majorly understaffed and the two staff were trying their best. It’s currently closed from 1-3pm and door locked at 5pm to prevent any more customers coming in. I was 5th in the queue at 8.30 and waited for an hour but they had lost my medicine. Next day I was 7th in the queue but no pharmacist had turned up so I left after 40 mins. Changed pharmacy. Do not use.

Terrible service. Absolutely no sense of responsibility to the health of elderly / in need citizens.

This branch is clearly under staffed, queues often running out the door. They arbitrarily close their doors in the afternoon for hours at a time, causing many in need to go without needed medication.

Highly recommend using another pharmacy wherever possible.

Do not bother. Probably the worst pharmacy on the planet. people blame the pharmacist shortage but other local pharmacies have the same issue and just organise themselves better, communicate, have OTC stock available and are not downright rude to everyone. They are letting the town down and it could literally hurt the health of those limited by lack of transport to this local pharmacy.

The prescription was sent from my local surgery and I collected it a couple of days later. Really quick. efficient & friendly service. After reading the reviews on here I was expecting the worst but was really impressed.

Pharmacy was closed when I arrived at 9am. It was supposed to be open at 8.30am. Not great when you're missing work to pick up an urgent prescription.

Reading some of these reviews. Just WOW these girls have worked so hard through out covid, when the GP closed their doors they didn’t!!!! The team in this shop are great they go above and beyond, the past weeks I have witnessed them be sworn at and told they are useless. Some things I’m sure are completely out of their control, yet they have to take the blame for it. I have used this pharmacy for years, I have witnessed them care for the elderly, laugh with customers who are struggling, and just genuinely trooper on. Well done girls don’t let some of these comments bring you down.
