When you confirmed your business hours less then a week ago to be open at 8.30am why are you still shut? I have been to you for 8.30am serval times over the last year and you've never been open. Updated opening hours need changing! Here I am outside a closed pharmacy again!

Went to get my baby's prescription at 10.35am on a Saturday and they wasn't open, the shutters was completely down. They pick and when they want to open

Opened late pharmacist was late. Rude lady on counter. Slow at processing the prescriptions.

Normally I have no problems, but in a rush this morning, the Internet says it opens at 8.30am confirmed by phone a week ago. It's not open now and it's 8.45am! Looks like I'm waiting until 9am 😩
An update.... A lady came to the door and said the Pharmacist wasn't in yet (at 8.55am) I said about the Internet time and she pointed at the times on the door saying those are the times and they can't do anything about the Internet. I found her abrupt and rude!

Took almost 24 hours for a prescription send direct from Doctors.
Don't answer phone and open when they like to.
Woman on the counter is aggressively rude for no reson and gives Lloyds a bad name.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The service used to be much better now it is shocking I’d say no stars .
They never have my prescription which I must have and I ended up phoning once 111 . Then they’ve got the tablet tray wrong with the incorrect tablets! They are rude and I heard they threw someone out of the chemist because he complained his tablets weren’t there.

Arrived a few times to pick up my prescriptions never ready even though theve had it for days ! Shutters down when should be open , OAPs stood outside waiting half hour or more 😞it’s ridiculous wants closing down an starting again

I think the staff here have been facing some pretty stressful times, like many pharmacies at the moment. I turned up a few times without calling ahead and had to wait a while for my prescription, but since starting to call ahead I have had no issues getting my items quickly and the staff are very helpful. Thank you team.
