If I could score 0 I would. The do not have the resources or the staff to provide the basic service they are supposed to provide. The phone is never answered meaning you go weeks without medication. When I tried to address this obviously issue the pharmacist kept trying to change the subject and refused to even acknowledge the issue. They had the audacity to suggest going to another pharmacy. Just incredibly poor.

Staff always try to be helpful BUT prescriptions are never ready on time. Pharmacy very rarely opens on time, they always seems to be short staffed and they do not open on a Saturday.

Terrible. Bags on the floor and terribly slow service. Doctors send over prescription and they are never ready. Always have to go back as only partial prescriptions available. Short staffed and rubbish service.

Used to be open Saturday mornings so people who worked could still get their prescriptions. Not since pandemic started. No weekends. Will have to go back to getting prescriptions elsewhere. Very disappointed. Was a great pharmacy but i think May have changed hands. Now awful. Expect to wait for repeat prescriptions you put in a week before. They have enything ready - ever. Always told we'll just put it together it will be 10 -15 mins. My doctors app shows it was sent days before.

Good chemist 5 stars; - but parking is a nightmare most of the time

The worst experience to go there to pick my prescription. Poor staff...very unprofessional

They are absolutely useless, can't even understand some people still even use them.
It took 4 attempts to get my medicine from there. First time they wanted me to wait 15 minutes although they actually had it picked in the basket and nobody else was in the store - I had no time for that, so I left. Second time I had to send wife, as I was available, they told her to wait a hour this time and third time when it got collected and broad home later the day to find out they did not put all medicines in the bag although they had all written on prescription. So had to go back again fourth time and wait another 10 minutes there although no one else was in the store, but 4 employees.
So, as said they are totally useless, don't even bother to go there, you'd be better off to get your medicine by post... Shame I cannot put zero stars... Cause they don't deserve even the one.
