Tesco Pharmacy

In an emergency situation yesterday 30th March 2020 I contacted Julie, the Pharmacist at Tesco, Crewe., unable to reach our Doctor or the 111 NHS helpline, or indeed, any other pharmacy at all. The advice she gave me led to decisions and help that probably saved my brother's life. We would like to thank her for the time she took to listen and advise in what is obviously a very busy and trying time. We are very grateful.

Very poor service with the pharmacist nattering to one of the customers rather than doing her job whilst a queue of 5 people joined. Not what you need when you're feeling unwell and need medicine.

Always friendly staff that are happy to help. Shame about the queue time on some occasions, best to use when you have 10 minutes to spare, always willing to order stuff in for me and answer any questions I have

The Asian male pharmacist was extremely rude and belittling. It’s been going downhill For months. Not caring about peoples prescriptions. Not answering the phone. To now him being disrespectful again. I have been biting my tongue all year!!! but they as a pharmacy should have more respect. And next time I see that guy he’s going to get my real opinion on what he said to me this evening.

7 people in the queue including me, been here half an hour and the first guy still hasn’t been dealt with. Happens every time I come here.

Staff need to do a course in customer relations. They are so miserable, no greeting or smile. It’s as if it’s too much trouble to serve you. Will not be using again

Was spoken to in quite a nasty way by the woman who served me. She could easily have had a kind sympathetic tone but instead she was very sharp.
Would advise to give this pharmacy a miss.

Rudely ignored by the pharmacist whilst I waited. Even though there was two people working. Eventually she said she'd be with me in 2 minutes. I explained that I had work and was in a rush. It didn't help with how ill I was feeling. Will not be going back. I'll stick to Asda, thanks!
