HBS Pharmacy

Was a patient here for about two years. They kept getting my essential medications wrong and blaming the surgery or me, which was always untrue; because I always checked up. I would be treated like a liar. A number of times I witnessed this happening to other patients, whilst I was there. The patients were often treated with contempt and condescension, and with a matter of fact atitude when they asked about mistakes in their medication.
The place was completely unfriendly and disrespectful to customers who came in. When I complained about these issues and asked to speak to the manager . A continuously sullen faced woman who always treats me frequently, appallingly, stepped forward and argued she thought she was good at her job. I was completely mortified that this woman was actually THE MANAGER!
At that point I changed to a lovely pharmacy. Which in complete contrast has great communication skills, never makes any mistakes with either my surgery or myself, treats you with respect, dignity and warm, beautiful attitudes.
I AM HAPPY NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY EVER AGAIN.

Prescription supposed to be delivered every time they have turned up part of it is missing .other times they just don’t deliver would never recommend this chemist to anyone also staff don’t seem to know what they are doing when u go in shop

Would give zero stars if I could. When this pharmacy took over from the awful woman who ran it as a Lloyd's Pharmacy I thought great, nothing can be as bad as that. How wrong I was. The first 6 months of it being HBS Famevalley were great, the staff were lovely and the service was great, move forward to the last couple of months and it is a totally different place - and not for the better. I am on a lot of medication & am under strict prescription rules that mean I can only have my meds a week at a time for my own safety. This place doesn't care what instructions the GP has set, sending 2 weeks at a time & lying about other meds not being sent through by my GP when I could see they were right there on the shelf. The staff turnaround is so high, completely different staff every few weeks. I went into the pharmacy yesterday and was ignored for nearly 10 mins while the staff chatted in another language, but clearly said my name on 3 occasions within that conversation. I have contacted the ombudsman regarding this lack of patient safety as I would hate anyone else to be put at risk by the incompetent staff here at the moment.

Arrived around 2pm and the person behind the counter couldn't give the medicine for my prescription because "the pharmacist is on lunch and won't be back until 3.30pm"!! Quite literally running a pharmacy without a pharmacist!

Very rude staff specifically pharmacist and irresponsible too. They always send my medicine very late and some items always missing and I have to re order it to get my complete medicines. I will never recommend.
