Always efficient and service with a smile - even with the most demanding customers! Very helpful when I call from abroad too. Totally reliable.

i dont even pretend to know what has happened to this once happy thriving pharmacy i requested my inhalers days ago ,today is the first day i have been able to get out due to bat flu only to be told they are not there by someone who then suggested i should have come in sooner if i am not happy oh well , i guess we should alll go without inhalers when we need them the most i will be changing pharmacy as this is unacceptable

Brilliant pharmacy, very helpful and friendly. My husband had cancer a few years ago and the pharmacist was so good really can't fault them. They're small and not as fancy and new as nearby chemists but when it comes to health that's not what matters.

I arrived at the Vaccination centre on Rosendale road, SE21 to be greeted by a very rude lady.
The lady before me was shaking and frantically looking through her phone, so I knew something was up.
I was next in line to be asked if I had my GP letter to confirm if I was a carer. I replied that the NHS do not ask us to provide a GP letter and only our booking reference confirmation.
She told me that I can not be vaccinated without this letter. I asked her to show me where it states I need a letter from my GP on my confirmation email, on the NHS website or in the premises?
She replied, You cant be vaccinated, please leave.
I demanded to speak to the Lead practitioner as it was clear that they were making up their own rules and I am now suspicious of where all the non used vaccines are going.
Ahmed Omar came over to me and stated that they were told that morning that only people with GP Letters could be vaccinated.
I took his full name and made a formal complaint to the NHS.
I have since then found out that numerous people in my area have been refused vaccinations from Queens Pharmacy and like myself are carers and social workers that have had to re-book and receive their vaccinations from another centre.
Today I received a confirmation email from NHS England that I did not need a GP letter and they do not understand why I and others were turned away and to raise this with the centre. hmmm
Apart from time being wasted, the fact they are continuing to turn people away raises a big concern for the safety and wellbeing of the people we are trying to protect by trying to get vaccinated in the first place.
I truly believe the un-used vaccines that are left over by people that are being turned away are going somewhere else they shouldn't be. I will not rest until this has been investigated.

They are queuing walk in's and appointments together, I had a 730am appointment and was seen at midday after queuing for over four hours. No point in booking at all.
