Easy Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

Could have been five stars but as with others, I too had issues with their website. Specifically payment confirmation and order status updates. Once i got in touch with them they explained there will be a slight delay to my order and why. Ultimately i'm happy with the service i received & will use again.

Terrible service, they said they refunded me for an order they could not fulfill, but despite chasing them up on several occasions no monies have been returned to my account.
Will have to try and initiate a chargeback on my Visa card!
Will never use again!!

I received a wonderful service from this pharmacy, great team was polite and helped with my query. Would definitely recommend.

Order was promised yesterday, today still not arrived my son is now back at university and I’ll have to forward to him , absolutely appalling service

A problem with their website meant i had to call for help after payment was taken but my order still said awaiting payment... The gentleman on the phone was polite and immediately looked into my issue whi le i was on the phone. He then called back within 5 to 10 minutes to follow up and resolvemy issue, sending out my order..... EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
