Grove Park Pharmacy

Visited this pharmacy a couple of times always felt rushed or pressured by one of the managers, however I visited this pharmacy and forgot to put my mask on I was approached rudely being asked “do you need to be in the store because you are not wearing a mask” I politely put my mask on. After this incident noticed the that the man asking me to put a mask on did not have a mask on himself as well as 3/4 other customers who were in the store with a child. COVID 19 guidelines not followed by staff enforcing it. Not happy with the approach from the manager felt very targeting, inconsiderate of the environment a bit more care and COVID-19 procedures should be implemented at this pharmacy, no sanitizer offered on arrival.

I was not rushed in anyway and the pharmacist was so lovely and helpful

Cannot thank the staff Grove Park Pharmacy enough for assisting my daughter to get her medication yesterday, going above and beyond what other local chemists had done (or rather not done!). Really caring and understanding, they didn't have to contact my daughter's GP to iron out some issues and obtain a revised prescription to assist someone whose condition makes it impossible for them to handle medical bureaucracy BUT THEY DID, obtaining a proportion of the medication the same day and promising to fulfil the remainder shortly. Top marks for pragmatic common-sense, caring and understanding and superb service - thank you is not enough!

The old reviews should be removed, obviously they don't reflect actual reality, the gentleman pharmacist is so kind and always helps out with great advices, the staff is very nice as well. They always pick the phone up and help no matter what. Good range of products at good value. Just been there and had a faulty item which has been sorted out. They treated me great again so it's now become my favourite pharmacy in the area. Thank you!

I have been using them for 15 years and they are a lovely family run business, always happy to be of service and very well staffed. They have gone out of the way to help us so many times and have served us well over the years.
