Avoid. Absolutely terrible service. I provided my prescription with 10 working days until delivery as requested. The item was out of stock. After assurances it was being delivered on the last day I was told it wasn't, and advised to go to my local pharmacy. I am in a wheelchair. After changing to Phlo pharmacy I needed to pay next day delivery to not run out of my medication. Echo refused to reimburse me. Absolutely terrible. Would recommend Phlo.

I thought it would be a good idea to have my prescriptions delivered . It turned our I made a big mistake.
The medicine I required turned out to be out of stock. A text told me that it would be in stock on the 2nd September 7 days after I had ordered it. I telephoned to be told that the text was correct and I would receive another text for a delivery date. As the text did not arrive i telephoned again and after waiting over 15 minutes I was told it could be up to another 4 days to be in stock and a further delay for delivery. I was advised if the medication was important- what medication is not- to have the prescription returned . This I did ans got the meds in 5 minutes from a local pharmacy.
I will now cancel my other orders as they CANNOT guarantee delivery.
Either do not use them or order many weeks in advance

Lots of people have been mistaking you for Echo by Lloyds, which is different. My family and I always have had good service from you. May I suggest that you change the name or add to it an the oakfield word to avoid some many bad reviews from discontented customers from Echo by Lloyds. It is unfair that you get the bad name for something done by others. All the best.

I have been going to this chemist for many years, such a great service and so great that it is right next door to the surgery. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely little chemist.

I have always found this chemist very helpful. Pharmacist is very knowledgable and removes the need to trouble the GP. Highly recommended.

Twice, in the last few months there has been "a problem" with my prescription. No contact about the "problem" just left in limbo for over a week after, confirmation of my request, with no prescription. Telephoned the helpline three times today. After waiting 10 minutes each time to speak to someone, I was cut off twice. Eventually managed to speak to someone today, Thursday, told I would have to wait until Monday for my prescription to be delivered (11 days from my request) and advised to go to my local pharmacy to get my prescription as I needed it. I could have done this a week ago! As a result have cancelled my account.

Ordered eight meds 9 days ago and only two items have turned up. They claim medication will be with you within 5 to 10 days, this is not true. I chased them up after waiting 8 days, i was told items were in stock so i asked for my medication to be sent as a matter of urgency, and asked for next day delivery, which was agreed and they told me was done, but the next day comes and still no medication.

They've also sent another item which I've been waiting for for 9 days as 48 hours delivery. Not good enough and for some reason they now require meds to be signed for. This is a MASSIVE inconvenience, particularly when items are sent in dribs and drabs and it could come over 4 to 5 days of packaging so that's 45 days I have to wait in to sign for medication. This is very inconvenient particularly if you are waiting in for a parcel that hasn't even been sent. They claim no signature needed.

I'm now out of my vital pain meds and I now feel very unwell due to withdrawal and am in excruciating pain. Thanks Echo you liars.

Another thing I've noticed since being with echo is that they send you an email saying items dispatched it's on its way, but then you don't hear from Royal Mail for another 2 days saying they have it and then there's another 48 hour wait, so that's another lie.

Slow, liars, incompetent, very poor communication and extremely annoying. Not that Echo pharmacy care.

This isn't the first time I've been left without medication from Echo. You've been warned.
