Honestly the most unhelpful pharmacist I have ever met, has the most disgusting attitude, constant problems with prescriptions being sent there from my GP, always telling me it hasn’t been requested and of course the GP have actually done everything their end. I now have to wait until Monday to get antibiotics for my under 1 year old who is very uncomfortable with no advice on how to manage his condition at home, not a care in the world. Honestly go to boots, avoid dolmans at all costs. Disgusting.
Oh & just to mention, I work in a medical field, it’s busy, it’s stressful, we’re short but you will NEVER catch me speaking to someone like that ever, if you are so unhappy that you have to be that rude then LEAVE.

By far the most awful establishment I have ever been to in my life. Opens and closes when she pleases. The lady who works there will stand there taking personal calls whilst you are waiting and on top of that shout out your personal information with other customers standing around. Everything is over priced and dusty. And she will slag off any doctor surgery in the area the minute you make eye contact with her. Rude, horrible. Ridiculous chemist. Takes 30 mins to get your meds even if there is no one waiting and you call ahead to save time. Changing chemists immediately. SHE ALSO CHARGED ME 60P FOR PAYING BY CARD!!!

Brilliant pharmacy, with very caring pharmacist. Thank you so much for your help yesterday with Antibiotics for my little boy. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible pharmacist. She moans and complains from the moment you enter the pharmacy. She takes calls from patients in the main shop and loudly discusses patient details in full earshot; names, addresses, diseases, treatment.

Service is incredibly slow. She lost my prescription and blamed the doctors. I went back to the surgery and they explained she does it all the time and it’s her fault, but she won’t ever take responsibility.

Last time she had an argument with suppliers over the phone while patients were waiting. One person got dizzy and half collapsed on the floor. We helped the person while she did absolutely nothing and continued to shout at the supplier. And I mean she did nothing at all to help – even after her phone argument had finished.

Also, last time I got meds from her they were 1 week from expiry. They literally expired before the course was complete.

She is angry, unprofessional, and uncaring. I’ve changed my pharmacy and won’t ever be back.

Well, after only two visits here I have changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots. Clearly more interested in having a non-work related telephone call than dealing with customers. Made to wait in the empty pharmacy for 10+ minutes while she finished up her call. Told there's a 60p charge to use a card, luckily I had cash but honestly what pharmacy levies such high charges for contactless payment and prefers cash in the midst of a pandemic. Pretty sure the first time I came in and paid card she didn't tell me there was a charge for using it and I didn't notice as I bought something else on top of the prescription. Will gladly walk further to get my prescription and quite happily never set foot in here again.

I have been using Dolmans for about 10 years now, and I'd like to say that I've always found the service we have received as a family fantastic. The pharmacist remembers her customers, and yes, I have experienced perhaps longer waiting times whilst other customers are being dealt with, however it is because the pharmacist takes time to speak to her customers and understand their problems and also is excellent at making sure that her customers leave with all the information they need. I feel it is a much more personal service than I get at Boots, and the pharmacist genuinely cares about her patients in my experience. Keep up the good work : )

Came to pick up lateral flow tests for a household that is shielding. I asked if i could collect a box for myself too. The lady behind the counter started shouting at me, in front of other customers, saying that she works "too f**king hard for this". And told me to get out and that i was being disrespectful. She just jumps on the phone mid transaction and then spends 15 minutes chatting. The little old lady behind me was just as shocked as i was. Threatened to kick me out and ban me for trying to collect lateral flows for a vulnerable household, due to not being able to get them delivered online. It CLEARLY states online that i can collect covid tests for another household. Not happy at all, ruined my day at 10 in the morning, will not return unless i have to. So disrespectful.
