Regularly give incorrect levels of medication i.e. issues 100 & not 120 as per the script on one occasion script stated 200 tablets pharmacy issued 100 then blamed my Wife for the mistake stating she was a stroke victim & therefore there was a question about her mental state to cover their incompetence staff spend too much time in CHIT-CHAT & therefore make errors with drugs.

Apparently even after 3 visits and on the second visit the pharmacist himself said it would be ready in 2 days. It's still not the staffs fault, it was myself and the doctors to blame.

Update your opening times. We are self isolating and managed to get someone to collect our medication for us. The person turned up to collect meds at 6pm only to find the pharmacy shut, even though it says open till 6:30pm on here.

Good pharmacy they txt you when your persription is ready(need to sign up for).Always ready on time.

Shocking customer service , we have been given someone else's medication 3 times , no apology, there was a lady came back a few weeks ago she had been given someone else's medication, staff always changing there is only one pharmacist and 3 staff that are sometimes there that are very helpful and friendly,
