So appalled by the treatment I literally just received! Went to this chemist to pick up a prescription for my 6 week old daughter and the Pharmacist instead of passing it to me then passed it to the person operating the till, even though I previously watched him hand out other prescriptions, it was if I was stereo typed. I am employed and currently on maternity leave! It was if I wasn’t good enough for him to give me a second of his time, the poor till person had lots of people to serve too! I will NEVER use this chemist AGAIN!! 😡

Wonderful independent chemist. Staff are friendly and efficient. I only go in every other month but they know me by name (and prescription). Open till 7 most nights so I can go in after work, very convenient. This place is just a few doors down from me, I'll be moving 2 miles away but will still keep coming here. Who needs the big chain stores when you can have this great service!

I have now been coming to Knightons pharmacy for over 14 years and can honestly say, I have never had a problem, the staff have always gone over and above with regard to customer service. They are the most friendly pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions are always ready on time.
Too many people are quick to complain, however not many people put the effort in to say THANK YOU and that is exactly what I want to do!!

We have been visiting this pharmacy for a number of years however as of recent the staff is very rude. They have also managed to give us the wrong medicine which upon querying they tried to pass on the blame. The staff at Lloyds Pharmacy which is close by is much more friendly and able to deal with prescription issues.

I visited the pharmacy today to collect my prescription and to show my serious eye infection. Upon arrival, I was challenged straightaway with regards to a previous review my husband had left in relation to wrong medicine received and general rudeness of the staff. I was advised to go to Lloyds pharmacy instead and was informed that a solicitor is dealing with my husbands previous review. I was really upset and decided to leave the pharmacy without collecting my prescription or discussing my eye infection.

All the staff at Knightons are so very pleasant and helpful and we have never had a negative response ever. There are a lot of them serving and you never wait for more than a couple of minutes. They are so much better than Lloyds the Chemist a few doors away who are totally incompetent.
