Welcome to the guinness world record holder for slowest service from a company. Have to go here for my partners prescriptions and I'm sure I age a year everytime we are waiting to collect something. She is often told they never had the prescription or its only just been put through even after ringing the day before to check. It's honestly such a horrendous pharmacy I couldn't in my right mind recommend this place to anyone.

Always a massive queue, always takes forever for them to get the prescriptions, so slow! What should be a 5 minute job always turns into 30 mins. Speed up!

I'M JUST UPDATEDING MY REVIEW TODAY AS I'M SICK IF PEOPLE BEEN NEGATIVE ABOUT MOST OF THE STAFF IN THIS CHEMIST. THEY ARE DOING THERE BEST AND THAT'S ALL THEY CAN DO. LEAVE THEM ALONE AND FIND SOMETHING POSITIVE TO FOCUS ON!!!!!!)another visit to The chemist today and as always nothing was too much trouble for the staff .my back went while i was outside in the que and the lovely girl who's always helpful brought my tablet's our to me so i could go home THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!.Don't be blaming the staff for the way this chemist is run. They only work there and are not in charge of how this place runs. All of the staff are doing the best they can. Why do people always feel the need to complain but never take the time to say thanks for all the hard work they are doing even during this awful time the staff do there best.no one who walks in this shop knows the awful pain some if not all the staff have been affected by the pandemic and they still go to work and do there best.5!!!!! stars for putting up with some ppl that you couldn't please in a million years!!!!!!

Friendly staff and generally efficient. Sometimes there's queues and a bit slow but nothing major.

if I couldn't put any stars up I would, I get my prescription every month in blister packs and injections. last month there was things missing, this month I have got less than half my prescription, after promising the day earlier it would all be ready. I am disabled and have to queue twice to be told this.

My usual chemist hadn't told me my prescription had arrived with them yesterday, my drugs will run out today. My chemist is closed.

So I used 111, who sorted me a prescription through Hasland Lloyds. The chemist who served me was excellent and showed helpfulness and empathy.

I came away feeling I had had a good pharmacy experience.

This is not my local chemist but I have to travel to it to collect a relatives prescription as they are not able to. The staff are so slow and have a "couldn't care less" attitude. There are only two customers allowed in during the pandemic (which I agree with). This means that there is usually a long queue along the street in all weathers. With this in mind you would think that the staff would try to be a bit more efficient instead of chatting to each other instead of serving customers. My own local chemist is super efficient in comparison and cares about there customers. It' s a pity that this chemist doesn't.
