Just attended this location for my Covid booster.
Walked in and was greeted by the lady on the desk. Told her I was there for my booster.
She opened the door to the side room and prompted me to go in and take a seat.
Seconds later, another lady appeared and sat down to take my details - confirmed my name, DOB, address, what vaccine I was there for, did I have any previous reactions etc.

While we're talking, a man walks in. They make sure I'm okay and ready for vaccine and did I give my consent.
Very polite and friendly.

We had a lovely chat after and as I was going to leave the man handed me a bottle of Lucozade to help replenish my liquids and sugar.

100% would recommend this pharmacy for the vaccine, as they are all lovely, welcoming and knowledgable.

My mother was supposed to pick up her prescription. The nurse checked to make sure that they were open just before the bank holiday. The nurse confirmed it was. But when my mother got there is was closed for the next two days. When my mother went back after the two days There was a new lady that my mother hasn’t seen before very rude to my mother. Now because of their incompetence on not updating the times they are open, I am having to call for an ambulance. Very upset with them. The man who runs it is also very rude.

Very helpful staff.
Good for advice as a community pharmacist.
Pick up my repeat meditations there regularly.

I always wore a mask when I went into this chemist but on the one occasion when the elastic broke on my mask, the sales assistant kept trying to sell me a new mask when all I wanted was to collect my prescription. I won't be going back there again.
