Some staff is really on the ball but we have had quite a few medication mix-ups of not all medication that was prescribed is in the bag that was sealed meaning having to go back and insisting we have not had XYZ in the bag. It's tiring and time-consuming

Consistently the very worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to deal with in over twenty years of requiring tablets. Yet again given entirely the wrong medication by staff who are rude and dismissive. Never once has their administration been timely; taking 7-10 days to action a prescription request from the surgery NEXT DOOR. Each and every staff member needs training on dealing with CUSTOMERS, which is a fact frequently disregarded by this abominable outlet. I'll be taking my business elsewhere henceforth.

Terrible customer service. For a moment I thought I was in communist Russia. sweet FA out of 10 for customer service. 10 out of 10 for Rude, obnoxious and terrible customer service . Always wonder why I go back, perhaps a change is required..

I went in there today to pick my sisters tablets up been told they were not in so they had to get them ready behind the counter and I told them that my sister got a text then I was asked what they were for and I said for her headaches so the man what was in there came round and gave me some tablets which was the wrong ones and I asked anything through from the doctors and she said no and asked if my step dads tablets was in and he said I have to wait I got my sisters tablets then he shouted next so I just walked out as I was angry very very poor service today

Absolute shambles. 1st complaint from months ago: Not up to date on breastfeeding. Recent complaint: Coming at 13.30, they can't give me my prescription as the pharmacist is on lunch. Fair enough... although that is weird. Then pretended to my partner at 4pm that same day that I picked it up a week ago?? The owner is rude, so so rude. To customers and his own staff. NEVER GO THERE.

I have nothing but praise for the pharmacy. I get my repeat scripts on time with no missing items.
I get SMS messages from them when they are ready and phone calls from Andy the pharmacist when I have new medicines to ask if they are suitable for me or giving side effects.
A please and thank you doesn't cost anything and goes a long way. There is no need to criticize the pharmacy that has been open and there for us all through these ghastly days when the majority of us were sat on our backsides.

Suddenly, really bad service. I am housebound after a hip operation and have to ask a friend to collect my medication which the surgery said was obtainable. Three different days he asked for the medication and was turned away. Querying the surgery, all of a sudden it seems a barcode is needed. Barcode given to my friend, who, eventually obtained, now after five days, the medication. I feel helpless and very depressed about future transactions while housebound. Please, Rowlands, look after your customers with a little more kindness.
