The staff working for weekdays is very well-informed and helpful. However if you call on weekends, the staff there may be a bit unprofessional and unable to book me a vaccine appointment.

Absolutely disgusting attitude. 5 minutes before closing time, the staff were clearly more concerned with leaving than helping people, berating the woman in front of us in the queue for 'not getting there earlier'.
Almost next to no interest shown in helping my 2.5 yr old, was told to try Piritin, however not that children's Piritin was behind the counter. By the time we'd realised, all staff had scarpered, leaving us unable to get the medicine required.

Absolutely useless chemist, completely unimpressed with the level of service, help and advise. Twice I've been in there on a Saturday evening to pick up prescriptions, only to be told we don't stock that or it out of stock at suppliers. I have the feeling that as closing time on a Saturday the excuse's are made ensure they don't have to do any work. I won't be using them ever again. I would have given half a star but google won't let me do that.

I would give 0 stars if I could - my 89 year old grandmother’s prescription has been there for 10 days. We have been three times to pick it up, and each time told that they cannot get it ready until later. There is only one person working there at a time - severely understaffed and we are outraged to have waited 10 days for an important prescription! We were told today to come back in hour, although the pharmacist said it probably would not even be ready then, as there were lots of people also waiting for prescriptions. Do they think it is acceptable to make people wait so long for their medication?

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My prescription was sent there ages ago, turned up today and it hasn’t even been looked at. Was told to come back, went back later on when they are supposed to close at 9pm and they decided to close at 6pm. Ridiculous, dragging a 2 year old out each time to pick it up. The absolute worst.

My 90 year old Mother in Law went to the pharmacy today having booked a flu jab on line, pretty proud of being able to do it herself. She received a confirmation of the booking on her iPad. She arrived early for her appointment and was told by an extremely curt woman that she did not have an appointment so could not have the flu jab but could have one if she went home and booked again on line for a 12:30 appointment over an hour later. My Mother in Law was so incensed that she travelled all the way home, got her iPad, took it back to Lloyds, showed the same discourteous woman the confirmation of the booking and was then told, ‘oh, we can do it then’.
I consider this to be disgraceful and appalling behaviour exhibited by this employee of Lloyd’s Pharmacy towards a very obviously elderly lady.

Tried to pick up my Mum’s prescription for the fourth time without success! Tried to ring four times, nobody picked up the phone to help! Staff are friendly but the SERVICE is RUBBISH ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A PRESCRIPTION IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. WOULD RATE -10 if I could.
