Beckenham Pharmacy

I handed in my very important prescription and was informed that it will be ready for me to collect on Thursday. However on Friday, when I came in to collect it, half an hour before my appointment at the surgery which I needed that prescription for they started calling other pharmacies and infromed me they couldn't get it anywhere! Now I need to re-schedule my appointment and it was very urent. The worst customer service ever, not reliable and professional at all!!!

Left 2 prescriptions with them for items that needed to be ordered in. Went back the following day to collect as arranged and the pharmacist denies ever seeing them! He then accused me of taking the prescriptions back home, despite the lovely lady on the till remembering me coming in. Do not leave prescriptions here without getting a receipt. No apology was forthcoming. Shambolic customer service.

Went in for some gauze after tooth extraction. Young guy at the counter had no idea what gauze was, the pharmacist came over, and guess what they didn't have any. Poor excuse for a chemist.

Great staff, friendly and helpful they also have a great selection of supplements and many things that you don't find in your average pharmacy

Another dreadful excuse for a pharmacist - gave up using them years ago - just remember the indian lady making a rude comment which she thought was out of ear shot. You won't get customers like that dear...

Very helpful, friendly staff and great advice from the pharmacist Muna. I’d already been to 2 chemists prior and Beckenham Pharmacy was 3rd time lucky!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional phone manner.

I called to enquire if a medication was available, on my first effort I was hung up on. On my second, the individual that dealt with me was incredibly rude. He said he was “incredibly busy” told me to “listen” on several occasions.

I was simply trying to understand when I could expect stock of what I require. There’s no need to talk to people in such a dismissive way.

Not a nice way to talk to someone who has an urgent medial need.

Professional staff who are always friendly and helpful I use them regularly
and have always received great service.
