Such poor customer service. A queue of 4-5 people stood waiting 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us being there. Multiple times we asked if anyone was serving just to be greeted with a grunt. Awful

Absolutely, disgusting service and attitude of the Chemist/pharmacist working there on the evening of the 21/09/22. @ approx 1850hrs. Afro Carribbean pharmacist had a completely unacceptable "can't be arsed" attitude, didn't even bother to look or check for the medication. Complete embarrassment to the medical profession and the Lloyds brand. Your local Sainsbury's Lloyds pharmacy is completely the opposite end of the customer service spectrum.

Lloyds clearly don't care as it seems very obvious that nothing has changed when you look at the other scathing reviews over the last 12 months

AVOID at ALL COSTS - if I could give zero stars or negative stars I would!!!!

This should be zero stars.not one person in this branch knows what they are doing!there is absolutely no communication from the staff.they keep you waiting without telling anyone what’s happening.the pharmacist likes to go and sit in the toilet for at least 25mins making people wait!absolute shambles of a company.use the one in ash stead high street instead,no excuses and know exactly what they are doing

I don't like leaving bad reviews. However, I ordered a prescription with Lloyds Online Doctor to pick up at this pharmacy. When I went to collect it the pharmacist refused to give it to me because he had an incorrect name on the system. I showed him my ID, and email confirmation, but he still refused. So, I asked how I could get my money back, and the answer was you can't. Horrific service, I won't use them again.

Saturday morning, no signs that the store was shut but waited 15 mins, door locked but someone was in the back room… couldn’t get hold of any customer service either the store or the central help line. Will not be using them again, but I need my prescription.

Every time I go in there they have the same excuse. Today I was told ‘we have the prescription but cannot dispense it as the systems are down’. That was the same line spun on both previous occasions and months ago. They are just not fit for purpose. Won’t be using them ever again. Lucky to get 1/5.

This pharmacy does NOT do professionally administered rapid antigen tests with a certificate like the main Lloyds website let's you book for. Be warned! We had to pay through the nose because of needing a last minute urgent test somewhere else - which LUCKILY we could get.

Tried to cancel my partner's flu jab over the last few days. Have rung repeatedly, at various hours, but they simply never answer the phone. Ever! It just rings out until it stops. Sometimes it's engaged, so someone must be there, but no one ever picks up. Even trying five mins before shop opening times. Disappointing!
