A very friendly and speedy service, especially as I arrived close to closing time. My prescription was there to collect exactly when they said it would be, everything was in the bag, and the lady even checked with me that it was all there before I left (not something many pharmacies do, I've noticed). Also, really good disabled access, which you might not expect from a smaller community pharmacy. And that's what it is, I believe - a great little community pharmacy, and one I would wholeheartedly recommend.

If the store closes at 18:00, you should be able to get your prescription at 17:57; specially if it's a Friday and it's not opened until Monday!

Terrible pharmacy: medications take aged to be delivered; the team is particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. I really recommend going somewhere else.

Staff made up that there was a law that prevented them from selling OTC Calpol for +8week olds because when I went to purchase it ahead of the vaccinations my newborn was 6 weeks old.
They claimed I should first go get the vaccines, and then come back to the pharmacy, despite NHS advice of administering as soon as possible after vaccinations.
When challenged to name the law they referred to, they proceeded to read from the medicine leaflet about age of administration, but of course could name no law.
When shown that the NHS has a website where they explicitly say there's no age restriction when purchasing OTC baby medicine, still insisted they were right.
They ended up selling it to me after 15 min of awkward back and forth just to get rid of me.
Don't mess with an overtired new dad who just wants to buy medicine for his baby.

Truly unfortunate is that this is the closest pharmacy to us. At least every other interaction is poor. Wrong medicine given on prescription. Lack of understanding or will to understand on how the spire works. Ridiculous opening hours; do you have a chronic disease but also a 9-5 job? Too bad. You can also call at any time, the chances of someone picking up are slim to none. And generally unpleasant to interact with.
