Tracey & Kevin went out of their way to make sure the medication I was prescribed wasn't going to cause me any bad side effects and discussed with a doctor to see if there was a more suitable alternative for my needs.
They even contacted me this morning to see if I had managed to get an alternative pain medication and how I was feeling, they are currently researching the best way for me to tolerate it with the fewest side effects. I'm really thankful for their dedication to their profession and concern for my welfare.

I really can’t understand the negative reviews for this outstanding pharmacy.
Every time I’ve had to pick up a prescription or buy something the staff are only too pleased to help.
Compared to Sainsbury’s pharmacy where they never have enough stock, this Pharmacy is in my view excellent.
Hard working staff and always pleasant and helpful, well done you guys, 5 stars from me

Just had some new meds prescribed. Kevin detailed each one and when best to take them and the effect they would have. He certainly decluttered the messages I'd left the doctor with yesterday.

I haven't had that much interaction with the Pharmacy but when I have the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

This is a good pharmacy, stock is usually not a problem.
The entrance is via steps or a ramp, but its a little steep. So yes it is wheelchair friendly.
There is plenty of parking available if you use other businesses.
The staff are very friendly.
Delivery for medication is available but alas unreliable.

Absolutely awful ! They failed to do a repeat prescription for my dying father and he went without pain medication for days due to their mistake , leaving him in an unbearable amount of pain , due to hearing loss he couldnt even ring them to ask ! When i came back from my business trip , i tried ringing over 30 times and the line would be constantly busy or picked up and put down straight away ! When i finally got through, i got spoken to like absolute rubbish ! Like it was my fault! I would never ever trust these incompetent money grabbers again ! Next to a doctor surgery ! How convenient but they can't even do their jobs properly ! Avoid at all cost

I've been a Patient at the 'Hayesbank Clinic' for 35yrs(!)& have used my Pharmacy all this time. Fantastic Staff~they really are, honestly- always eager to help, as much as they can & more. I luv them all & show my appreciation with a box of Biscuits now & again. It's really nice to know they care so much. Thank you my luvlies....Biscuit time soon! Rosie 🦓

Up until a couple of weeks ago they would have been 5* but not for the first time they have forgotten to deliver my Mum's prescription. They don't respond to emails so just call them. 3* is average, if they improve then I will increase the rating. Not even answering emails is not good, don't have an email address if you don't check and reply to them.

unhelpful, not understanding, would not do a repeat prescription request from NHS 111 for my son's repeat prescription stating reason is it is not an emergency and he can go without. for a child with ASD and ADHD what might not be an emergency for some very much can be for a child with these conditions and they offered no other help, options, suggestions or recommendations. this also isn't the first time we have had poor service from them. i do not recommend. find another pharmacy!
