Repeat prescriptions received from surgeries are neither informed nor prepared on time. Some times these are kept pending and not attended for many many days and after enquiring they say the delays are due to shortage of staff caused by covid. I think this site is earning a bad name for Boots.

Extremely poor and hopeless customer services are being rendered at this Boots's branch. Patients have to undergo extreme misery and botheration of standing in long queues due to the reason that their medicines are not ready even them having received the prescriptions many many days earlier. There is no consideration for elderly and severely ill patients as they have to experience the same process. Moreover the staff do not answer the phone even called repeatedly. BOOTS MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO IMPROVE THE SERVICES OFFERED AT THIS BRANCH AND PATIENT EXPERIENCES.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in feltham, I personally would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The staffs are bad , they do not understand what customer service is and careless about sick and elderly. There is always a queue for no reason and staff does not seem to mind or care for any reason. The phone call are never answered and if you keep calling they take the phone off the line. I have to visit this pharmacy every month to pick up medication for my grandmother and every time we have to wait minimum of 20-30 minutes to get the medication prepared. I just hope they hire new staffs that actually come to work for work and not just to show up.

Went to go and get an emergency prescription for my fiance and I was refused it. The guy behind the counter said that my fiance wasn't due it until Monday but she had completely ran out and needs it. The guy started arguing with me because I proved him wrong as the dates didn't add up and he threw me out. He said get out otherwise I will call the police. It is clear to me that he doesn't care about his patients and if anything happens to my fiance, its down to him for not providing her with an emergency prescription for that medication. Poor service and doesn't care about his patients.

Went in for my flu vaccine today as unable to get it from GP- was not given any advice by pharmacist although did not hurt one bit. But the customer service from staff lacks a lot like a smile would not hurt whilst attending to your customers.

Bloody waste of time. I could feel slight inflammation in my ear and wanted simple drops to fight it. Lady who clearly was miserable in unhappy there told me to go to a doctor despite drops being listed on boots website. Bloody waste of time will not be back went to Tesco got what I wanted. Waste of time

Priscription never ready, never send you a text, never pick up call, remove phone connection from plug and when you complain always have same answer phone is not working. Used locum pharmacist. Very bad services which used to be a good some years back especially Mandy was pharmacist.

A few years ago the service here was atrocious. However, with the new pharmacist, things have changed. I am greeted by my surname, and in general the service is top notch. Sure some items are not in stock, but always arrive same day, if you are early, or next day.

The online improvement I would suggest is better communication when your prescriptions are ready, or when outstanding items have arrived.
