Have to go to this chemist to collect my prescriptions as it's part of my doctors. But would rather go to Boots. The staff aren't that friendly. Ask them something and it seems a complete hassle to them. You get the impression they don't want to be there. I would say the staff come across pretty ignorant to be honest. Now I just pick up my prescription and go to Boots for any advice. Boots on the other hand are very friendly and helpful. So if I had a choice it would go to Boots every time.

The staffs' attitude is so variable - one time kind and interested in you and yours, the next brusque, impatient and cold. They do have a wide range of stocked medicines and I can usually get an item here, that for instance, you have to order at Boots but I still don't like going in this chemist.

Using this service for years. Always helpful. Well stocked. Never had problems.

My local chemist, I don't think they need to be "chatty" unless maybe you ask a question, always been very happy with the service & products from them.

Good range medications, and stock of non-prescription stuff. Staff always helpful and professional.

Saw me walking towards the door and turned the sign to closed… it was 12:57 so ‘still open’ for 3 minutes. Awful customer experience!

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. I went in today, during the opening hours of the Clitheroe branch. The pharmacist was out so they would not dispense my insulin. They suggested I came back at 1:30 when the pharmacist returned. This coincided with when I was due back in work so naturally I declined. Perhaps a locum pharmacist should be engaged, or the shop should advertise hours when it can not fulfil its commitments. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Even better, the phone has just been answered and immediately put down on me, and I cannot submit an email from their website because the form has errors, but doesn't indicate what those errors are.
