Might be a good idea to add the pharmacist lunch times, to the opening times. Went to pick up medication at 14:10, to be told pharmacist on lunch till 15:00. So unable to give it out, so have to make another trip.

I have always found this branch of Lloyd’s to be the better one in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will make up the prescription whilst you wait and usually don’t take very long. If there are any issues with getting medication they let you know what can be done. I’ve been very pleased with this chemist.

Avoid if you want the prescription you ask for! Very rude pharmacist, ignored the medication I had asked for and gave me a random one from my repeat prescription list instead (which I no longer take and as I have a prepaid prescription card so it's costing the NHS money for something which I'll have to throw away) when I asked to order the medication I had actually asked for I was told I hadn't taken it in a year (I take it every day) then he changed his story and said that he couldn't order it as I hadn't ordered it from there before, unsure how this works when I'm a new customer so the other medication he decided to order hadn't been ordered from there either! He then hung up on me. Will be changing pharmacies asap! Shame as the other staff were very helpful.

Only one customer ahead of me in the queue, with 4 staff. I had to still wait more than 15 mins before staff attended to me at the till. And then they did not know how to take online return order!
It was appearing to me like the staff were trying to look busy but could not get much done.
Perhaps some training on how to be efficient would be in order!

ANSWER YOUR PHONE! 20minutes yesterday evening and 15 minutes this morning with no reply. Not all your customers are mobile and should be able to contact you promptly with medication queries. On one of my many calls the line was engaged so somebody at Lloyds must have the ability to use a phone! ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

I called the pharmacy whilst outside to see if anyone picks up as I always call to check if my prescription is ready but no one picks up when I did call I heard the phone go off and staff members not even busy but chose to ignore the call

I have called 12 times today to check if they were open , as yesterday they shut at 3pm due to staff shortages and only realised when I turned up, with no answer. This is terrible service, as you should be able to get hold of pharmacy for medication advice.

I only use this Pharmacy as it is local. With few exceptions the counter staff and Pharmacists are rude, disinterested, impassive, unhelpful and inefficient. I once waited for a prescription there for over an hour. Many other Lloyds branches in Southampton are similar, I wonder if they have a special training school ?
