Absolutely shocking customer service, rude and clueless. As for the Brummie "woman" who man's the till, I wouldn't trust her to babysit let alone sort children's medication! Avoid like the Plague (especially the Brummie)

Staff are nice but I have to pick up my meds daily and on one occasion the pharmacist just didn't turn up which I've never known before

7 years long dependency on the great services of this place ended. 7 years of just high class service even if I was sometimes difficult. Thank you people wish you all the best.

Been overcharged twice there. Good job I checked my receipts. The till tells you what change to give what's hard about that?????

I had an urgent prescription sent here , when I went to pick it up at 7pm the shutters were down and it was closed despite the opening ours being until 9pm

Good staff closes early tho

Could not have cared less when they messed up my prescription. Usual lack of care & display of arrogance although compared to other local pharmacies this is the best at one star

Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm
Sunday CLOSED
Google has been changed by the staff a number of times
