Repeat prescription sorted

Totally useless !!!! .... DPD use them as a drop off point but the chemist lost my parcel , then said they couldnt take it as they had a 20kg limit , even tho they've taken the same parcel in twice before and its only 15kg !!! ..... this was desperately needed as its a special diet for one of my dogs , now I've had to ring around inbetween working to try and locate and have it delivered again !!!
The lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude and unhelpful and was almost sneering at me !!! .... would def not recommend this pharmacy !!!! If I could give a minus star rating I would !!!

If you had problem with your meds they sort it out quickly and there's never a lot of people there when I've been all the staff in there are very nice and friendly

The women working on the tills didn't even bother checking if the medicine was in stock and when the chemist came out it was suddenly in stock

The pharmacist as given excellent advice when required,

There is always a long wait for prescription. There isn't a lot in the shop.
if you need anything you would maybe need another pharmacy. They are helpful if you need to order item you want to place from the internet they do there best to get it for you

after several months of ordering repeat perscription 8 + days in advance and never being ready so many excuses i.e delay from doctors or tablets not in stock collected my script from them today after ordering 9days ago and still not ready and took to another chemist round the corner and they fullfiled the said perscription immediately lucky they was able to help otherwise I would not have had any tablets for morning
