I booked twice a service advertised on the main website, both times they changed the time of appointment WITHOUT notifying me either by email or phone call, both times they gave me an earlier slot without asking me, weekday working hours, why do they expect people to change their work schedule to get to the pharmacy when they are open up to 8pm? I tried to ring them, but they never reply. Appalling service for a Lloyds Pharmacy.

Ordered online and came to pick up at Pharmacy but they kept me waiting so long. Serving only 2 customers took half an hour while my medication should be ready. No queue half an hour, thinking if there would be 10 people in queue!!! Regretting to go there. May be never.

Came here with the worst expectations based on reading all the terrible reviews. I arrived during evening rush hour, there was only one person ahead of me. I was there to pick up an online doctor prescription and was served quickly. The person that served me was not unfriendly at all, just very matter of fact and straightforward, doing their job. One star less because it's not an ideal environment, lots of people walking past and possibly hearing what your potential health concerns are.

Low staff long waiting time also liers because i have been told no cash, only card which is not true. If you guys are worried about catching any virus then i suggest you still should wear mask and gloves and keep it nearby rather then checking the whole department to still not find any, i thought a pharmacy would be on point and its funny that only this pharmacy has problems mostly the women working there are the problems the men are ok in the work and services i hope this get through and hoping a better dealing with your customers

So I just arrived and had to call a little girl for some attention while she was just using her phone, the I’ve asked about a prescription and she said at the beginning that they don’t have it, but when I asked her to double check she find it out, after that they’ve straight asked to me to pay for it, and after the payment been told to wait 30 minutes to just put a label on it.

Went there yesterday around 12pm. The women serving me outright LIED to me and said they DO not do dosset boxes and I should go elsewhere! I didnt even ask for it!!! Told her I came last week, the other women explained shes not qualified to do the dosset box but can give to me without it, which was fine, Also they actually DO dosset boxes but the person that does it was not in. But this women insisted they do not do it and told me to try other pharmacies over and over and over. And I kept telling her dont care how she gives it can I just have the medications!!! It wasnt even busy but she took 20min. She just didnt want to work. Lazy and rude.

Complete wrong location. It’s a 10 minute walk down the road to the big Sainsbury’s by Whitechapel Station.

Also despite my order online, I wasn’t able to collect even after waiting two weeks. Shockingly bad service.
