Very warm and knowledgeable owners who have been in the community for quite some time.

My wife is Asthmatic, so we always carry a spare Prescription in case of an Emergency. Such an Emergency arose and we went to this Pharmacy, but the Pharmacist refused to give her an Emergency Inhaler, even though we had a prescription for it, because it was out of date [as we always carry one with us, it was more than 6 months old], and although he knew us and he could see my wife coughing and trying to catch her breath, he adamantly refused to give her an Emergency Inhaler. How unprofessional are they!! We then went to the Emergency Treatment in Bracknell where they gave her an Inhaler immediately.

I have been going to Blackburn’s chemists for years. Their service is extraordinary. With this pandemic they are working non stop and still manage to be friendly. God knows how they do it. Thank you very much . Elsa

Good service but very expensive for private prescriptions! Almost twice the price of Lloyd’s! (atorvastatin). Shame.

Friendly staff, Nalini in the travel vaccination clinic is very helpful

The pharmacist (lady) is extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unhelpful and when questioned about it completely ignored the question and did not acknowledge customer.

Always very helpful and will solve any issues quickly.

How they have the gore to charge OAP for blister packs. It's disgusting 120.00 a year.
