Too much talking and not enough work.

Very pleasant counter assistant who clearly knows some of the customers very well and shares the intimate details of her family life with them at high volume (which may not be well received by the people about whole she is revealing much if they only knew)

The dispenser seems to work at a snails pace despite the fact that the place did no appear to be busy.

All I can suppose is that they make so much money from the NHS with such little effort that they don't need to focus on the needs of their customers.

Avoid unless you have all day and want to be subject to the ins and outs of a total strangers family life and customers discussing their medical issues.

Fantastic chemist. Really friendly, community place. I love the fact I’m not just another number. I like the fact they ask how u are and mean it. And they remember you and family etc. This is what communities are all about. We’ve lost that community feeling. But not at Tiffenburgs chemist! Proud to say I always go there and have done for over 10 years

These ladies go above and beyond always. Advice at hand when needed. Heather always is smiley and genuinely cares about customers. Its not easy working with the public and I know that firsthand! Keep up the fab work 👍

I’ve been struggling recently in terms of forgetting to order prescriptions etc but the staff at Tiffenburgs have helped me so much nothing is too much trouble!’ I can honestly truly say they definitely go the extra mile thank you Tiffenburgs for helping me I truly don’t know what I’d do without your help! You’ve been amazing!!!!

Hats off the Heather and the AMAZING Tiffenbergs team as always! Apart from always being super friendly and extremely helpful. They had my mums emergency prescription all ready for me within three hours of me putting a last minute (my fault) request into Westmoreland today. Absolutely excellent service from both tiffs and the GPs! Well done! #teamwork!

All staff always give an excellent, helpful and friendly service, Heather is a gem!

Really friendly staff, old school customer service. It's very difficult to come by these days, sad but true. I only stepped in to get a prescription that I was having difficulty finding from my usual pharmacy. Nothing new there. Made me realise how bad a service I have been getting, got straight on to my online NHS account and moved my prescription over.

One of the best chemists I’ve ever been to, staff are so friendly and especially Heather, nothing is too much trouble. I’ve moved house and won’t have my prescriptions sent to any other chemist so travel out of my way to pick them up which includes my mums prescriptions too. They text you to inform you that your prescriptions are in. Can’t praise this chemist any more. Well done everyone x
