Bridge Road Late Night Chemist

Customer service is shocking. Was literally waiting for 20-30 mins to get a pack of neurofen. A pack of neurofen!! Not once during that time did I see a member of staff, only the faint noises of them Not serving customers in the back room. Seeing as there was about 7 people already ahead of me I decided to leave as I think my stay would have probably been extended to an hour otherwise. Disgusting service.

Ordered my medication via patient access 9am and it was delivered by tea time. Such great service by this pharmacy with long opening hours. Thank you

I cannot express in words the gratitude I owe the Pharmacist at Bridge Road Chemist. I was misdiagnosed over the telephone by my GP practice at Kingsway Surgery Waterloo as having a chest infection. After the antibiotics made me very sick and the advice I again received from my GP practice over the phone a second time was incorrect, I subsequently spoke to the Pharmacist at Bridge Road Chemist and he listened to my symptoms and told me to go immediately to the Walk In Centre to get examined. His advice saved my life! I was sent to hospital and was diagnosed with a Pulmonary Embolism...blood clots in my lungs. Thank God it was caught in time thanks to the professional, caring man at this chemist. Thank you so much, I recommend this Chemist as higher than 5 star, and the polite, professional and superb service is second to none!

Can someone explain to me why my prescription has been sent here today at around 5.55pm from the walk in centre, for me to get there at 6pm and you are closed? Your opening times online clearly state you are open until 7pm on Wednesdays. But you also might want to change the sign above the door that says 'monday-friday 7am-11.15pm' because not everybody has access to the Internet to check Google for times. Although your Google times are not accurate. Atleast update your times it's not good enough really. You are literally called a late night chemist? For what 🤣.

Had a prescription sent here by NHS 111, two days later I still can't collect it as they are shut even though the website says they are open. Cannot get it dispensed elsewhere because the system says it has been dispensed. This is a huge waste of time for myself and the NHS. Please update your website with actual opening times.

This chemist is really good they don't judge anybody and are very kind and helpful because I was at Davey's chemist near cooksons bridge and the attitude and the service was absolutely disgusting if you are at Davey's and have the pleasure of meeting Ann then I wonder if you have to bite your lip off so you don't go to her level but bridge road thank you for your care and consideration and your hours of work

It is really irresponsible for this pharmacy to not update its hours of opening. Our GP prescribed medication specifically to this pharmacist for our seriously mentally ill brother and assured us that this pharmacy was open until 11:15. It was closed at 7:00 p.m. The pharmacy should circulate their new opening times to GP's. People may have urgent medical needs - totally irresponsible.
