Don't bother trying to get your covid vaccine here. We booked via the NHS portal the day before and received reference numbers. The lady at the counter initially ignored us until we asked who was doing our vaccines. She said the lady (who does the vaccines) had to leave at 5pm. It was 4:50pm at the time. She was very unapologetic as she told us there was nothing she could do. Don't waste your time. Go straight to you GP

Do not use! Disgusting attitude, I was lied to and was blamed for them not following there own protocol. Not how you deal with sick people. Avoid!!!

My usual pharmacy did not have the items I needed for my diabetic son, so they referred me to Jade’s. A quick phone call and they have what we need! Thank you for making this mumma’s life a lot easier!

Pinky served me with excellence and she personalised the service given despite it being a very busy morning.
I will definitely use this pharmacy again.
All staff are very efficient and friendly.

Went there for a covid jab which was booked online. When I got there the girl didn't realise I was scheduled in but did it anyway without any bother. The chemist was quite ramshackled needing a good tidy up. The area dedicated to covid jabs was very make shift and again, untidy. The staff however were quite friendly.

Proper family run pharmacy.
Where the big boy supermarket chemists in Hatfield tripped up, Jade come up trumps.
Needed some meds for my little boy and the crew at Jade's came shining through.
Smiles on faces and happy to help, I'm coming here for my prescriptions from now on.

Very Slow

➡️ Too long a gap between seeing GP and getting prescription and it being ready in pharmacy
➡️ Too long to wait in pharmacy - even if only one or two people in front of you.
➡️Often staff forget to put all medication in package - so more time wasted.

Staff are lovely, but its always very busy and very hard to get through on the phone
