Kemsley Pharmacy

This Pharmacy used to be a poorly laid out and very small service. With a huge funding boost it has turned into a fantastic little unit, with excellent stock, a very good staff provision and a state of the art dispensing robot arm. The team are always good.

Just come out of hospital and needed some pain relief but when I went to pick up my prescription they were quite busy and I didn't feel able to stand so I went home and phoned. They delivered my prescription for me really quickly and the lovely lady who delivered it wished me well and gave my two happy terriers a doggy biscuit and made a fuss of them which was lovely I thought,!

Used the pharmacy today very impressed with the new male Pharmasist and told him so whilst there.
So much better that the Bombastic man there before,what a treat to have a lovely helpful man who knows who to explaind and advise
Also well done the girls too

My experience of the service and helpfulness of this pharmacy under the current coved 19 conditions is that this business is outstanding. The efficiency is excellent and the helpfulness and friendly attitude of all the staff is commendable. During these difficult times I did everything I could to ensure that my husband's prescription was correct and ready to be collected, first by phoning my doctor to make sure the prescription had been sent then the pharmacy itself to make sure it had been completed and ready for collection. Unfortunately when I arrived to collect it i was told it wasn't there and that my husband wasn't due any medicine in a very rude abrupt manner, when I assured the assistant that it was there she flounced back in returning two minutes later with my prescription. No apology just told it was in a section she hadn't looked in.

Great social distancing, best I’ve seen, other pharmacies/medical centres should take notice and try to implement such measures as this seems to be the only pharmacy/medical centre whose opening hours have not been affected by the virus or social distancing, thank you 🙏 🥰
