Abbots Langley Pharmacy

I booked a flu jab with them over a month ago, expaining I am asthmatic. They told me not to book an appointment until after 5/10, and booked me in for 6/10.

I called last week to make sure it was still OK, which they said it was and that one would be held for me due to my asthma . I called again this morning only to be told they have run out and did not hold one for me, they didn't even bother calling me, having left me high and dry.

I understand they may have had supply issues, which is why I called them 3 times. Feeling seriously let down.

Delivery set up for 25th each month yesterday’s delivery didn’t show up and the app shows them open but no one picking phone up at 8.25am still if they are open at this time they should answer the phone as well

The team at the Pharmacy are really supportive and informative, with excellent customer service. Always happy to provide advice and the late night hours make it easier to pick up prescriptions at convenient times.

I am a long term customer of this pharmacy and will continue to be so. The staff are pleasant, helpful and friendly - the pharmacy has a "local" non-corporate feel to it and nothing is too much trouble. It is my preferred place for my annual flu shot. Can't say much more - I like the place

Yes we recently went there to get my monthly meds as Pedro was new pharmacist and I hadn't met him before he went above and beyond to check I knew what meds I was taking was right and that I knew what they was for, I felt he genuinely cares about me as a customer and was totally professional and courteous at all times. He seems to have an excellent knowledge on all his drugs, would definitely recommend without doubt! Full stars

Went to this pharmacy to collect a prescription, gave them the barcode to download it as it was urgently needed! They somehow had problems on their system getting my prescription! Spent 15 minutes there and no luck, in the end, Went to boots pharmacy to try and obtain it and had no problems whatsoever and managed to get medication within five minutes!
