Boots Pharmacy

Was given someone else's prescription tonight not the shop assistance faults as BOTH pharmacist were at the back of the store and not dealing with customers whilst there was only 1 person waiting for prescription shocking service, mind you not the first time that this happens never again

Local Boots for your prescriptions and immediate needs.

Friendly staff. Store closes early in the evening..it would be good if they can provide extended hrs say atleast 6:30pm

Smallish Boots, well stocked and helpful staff.

Gave me my prescription and when I got home to take my medication discovered it was a empty box with a label in. Paid to get an empty box

Service isn't great unfortunately. Have been standing waiting outside at 9am for approx 5 to 8 minutes as they don't seem to open on time. Often standing at the til waiting for a couple of minutes to be served which is a regular occurrence. I think Boots need to review the level of service that this branch provides as this wouldn't be acceptable on a bigger high street.

My experience of the Boots staff in Abbots Langley is that they have been extremely helpful and courteous - even when I have seen them having to deal with awkward customers!

Absolutely appalling place!!!!
The staff and the attitude is disgusting, so rude and so unhelpful, how they get away with this is beyond me.
I can only assuming that these are the qualities you need to work there and if so Boots have a crack team on their hands…. go somewhere else if you want service with a polite happy face.
