The pharmacy appears to only have one member of staff able to legally dispense prescriptions so on two occasions I have been told I simply cannot have my prescription as the particular member of staff is on an hour long lunch break or is stuck in traffic, personally I don’t think that’s good enough when some customers (such as myself) may only have a short period of time in the day to collect their prescription and to essentially be unable to dispense any prescriptions when this member of staff is vacant isn’t sufficient when people depend on their medication being accessible when they need it.

Well it’s gone down hill got a Prescription for a eye cream and waited half a hour to be told not got it staff was rude that took prescription staff saying the Pharmacist was on toilet didn’t need to hear this staff rushing around and half of them don’t know what they are doing what happened to the other staff that used to be they bring them back went to courts pharmacy in highstreet and yes eye cream there wait 5 minutes and very well Organised definitely will be using courts pharmacy and avoiding paydens

Prescriptions are never ready when you call to collect regardless of how long they have been there. You are told, not asked. to wait outside regardless of weather while they make up prescription which can take up to 15 minutes or more. High turnover of pharmacists and young, inexperienced counter staff who do not seem to know what they are doing. Does not seem to be a happy place to work. I have now changed to another pharmacy in station road who have pleasant, more experienced and efficient staff. (You are not told to wait outside either)

There Can’t Be A Worse Dispensing Pharmacy. Based on personal experience you can depend on less than 20% of prescriptions to be ready one day after they were due. The options are to wait whilst the most inefficient staff faff about or return the next day with a 50/50 chance it will be ready without a wait. Paydens need to realise that the on time availability of prescriptions is an essential necessity and not some sort of discretionary activity. Avoid!

Excellent service by all staff every time I've visited. You do sometimes have a short wait for medication if they're busy but that's to be expected.

The staff are always helpful. A special shout out to Natalie. Without her help and advice I would be lost when sorting out my mums medication.

A bad experience that could of been avoided.

If it’s possible to avoid this pharmacy, maybe it would save you some stress.

They sent me on a wild goose chase, after telling me my prescription code didn’t seem correct.
So after 3 days of calls on my lunch break trying to get another code and talk to and waste various call lines time. I spoke with the pharmacy again (for a number of calls) for them to call back and explain that they don’t have the training for it, and the person that did left a month ago. I couldn’t believe it and had to get off the phone.

Always find the staff helpful and pleasant, they are always busy and I keep that in mind when I have to wait for a prescription. The staff are also very helpful on the phone when putting in repeat prescription requests .. great job thank you 😊
