*edit*: In fairness I got a call the following Monday where I received an apology and an assurance it wouldn’t happen again. I have just picked up my prescription now and everyone was lovely and apologetic.

I’ve just been and picked up my prescription after work and they gave me the wrong item. This is after literally discussing it with the pharmacist. I am now without my medication over the weekend.

Been to this chemist on a few occasions staff are friendly and helpful and do not give advice just for you to buy medicine. They are very thorough and helpful.

Non-friendly and judgemental Asian man. I was judged by my appearance and questioned as too weather I am entitled to universal credit will be changing my choice of Pharmacy at my GP as, this is discrimination.

Staff so friendly and nice and they have everything you need there. They will also deliver medication to your door if you're housebound 🥰

Rude and vulgar staff members.
Went in with a friend who cannot speak English, is over 70 and is of east Asian descent for the flu jab - was told bluntly and rudely by the vaccinator who is African descent " no more for over 50s".

She didnt even bother recommending other nearby centres that were offering the jabs and turned her head, implying "off you go, I can't do anything for you".

Don't know how much truth value there is to her statement or whether she was preserving the last batch to a certain group. The friend is in the vulnerable category, shes over 70.

Covid is still in the air and it's flu season. you offer these jabs to the public, you should have stocked up sufficiently.
Poor management and very unpleasant staff members who require further training or face dismissal would be the best way forward.

A fantastic and holistic community pharmacy with a pleasing character; always have a customer centred approach.
