Used to be a great pharmacy , since moving to new premises it’s dramatically slid down hill.
After many mistakes made by them on my prescription never being ready, the attitude of the new so called manager , when confronted at why there are so many mistakes made, she said and I quote!
“ don’t you under stand it’s not here , do you have brain cancer or some thing”
I have decided after this to leave and find another pharmacy that can deliver on customer care, and service.

Counter staff are abrupt and impatient to the point of rudeness.
I have changed to a different chemist today having witnessed their discourteous treatment of a very elderly gentleman.
Appalling!

I have just switched to try a different pharmacy as I'm fed up with prescriptions not being ready. I have placed repeat prescription orders a week or more in advance and found that they're not ready and told to come back in 10 to 15 mins. Even then, sometimes I have had to wait a bit longer. Im not the only one, every time i go jn there i hear someone being told the same thing. Also some staff are lacking in customer service skills and can be abrupt and jobsworthsy.

Are Murrays not looking at their reviews or do they just not care? All reviews are negative over the past one year, with not one response to a negative review.
I agree with other reviewers ...phone not answered...prescriptions never ready...items missing...turned away despite repeat prescription on system. Have now been told customers have to allow one week from when prescriptions sent over from doctor.
SOLUTION:- give staff overtime to get rid of backlog ... make up prescriptions in advance... answer phone.
I would love to support this local business but will unfortunately also be moving to another pharmacy :(

Yet another one star review, if only it could be zero! Inefficient, rude and useless. Often impossible to reach on the phone, prescriptions rarely ready to collect even when they've had them for a week, surly staff who blatantly lie about when prescriptions were received from the GP, very rarely enough medication to fill a prescription so at least two journeys required each time - with only paid parking available - and then they have the cheek to try to charge twice for two doses of the same medication every single time. Pigeons learn faster than them! My last ever visit to this shambles. Save yourself the pain - go somewhere better.

Lovely helpful staff in the pharmacy itself. BUT...
We'd been wondering for a while why we had tyre tracks all over our lawn, appearing just once every few weeks so we knew it wasn't the daily postman.
Today I saw the Murrays delivery driver reverse over our lawn and back into a flower bed pushing some shrubs over. It would have literally taken him 10 to 20 seconds extra to reverse down the drive and turn at the end of it instead. Zero care or respect for our property.

Have been taking over a week to fill a prescription for several months as allegedly understaffed and overworked and now on my third trip to get a repeat filled when doctor approved 10 days ago. Will be using a different pharmacy in future and recommend everyone else do the same
