Not the largest boots and the layout is a bit odd with the counter staff at the back of the store but fairly large pharmacy

Unfortunately despite the staff at this branch telling Google they open at 9am, Google told me the opening time was 8.30 so I had to wait till 9. That really was not a problem. However being told they don't stock what I wanted I'd have to go into Portsmouth I was disappointed.

Have got to say, this place was vile last year and used to dread going in there, I have been in here recently and noticed a few new faces, my god did it need these new people there, pharmacist lady is pleasant and friendly and the new girl on the counter is full of information to help you out. Recently I’ve noticed a young girl at the tills, always smiling, always happy to help what ever she is doing and everytime I’ve been in she has always made conversation. I’m glad this place has got given the shake up its needed, I think if didn’t it would have struggled.

The pharmacist lady was really good at explaining new meds to me. She was a breath of fresh air amoungst a bunch of sick people. Seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.

I was there today to pick up my medicines. The young black pharmasist made me feel very uncomfortable asking about my contraception metods a few times. Even my answer that my GP adviced me already weren't good enough for her. she made me feel like bad person who wants to harm an unborn baby by taking a medicins. There were people standing in the queue and heard the conversation. this made me feel even worse. I went out and started to cry. None wants to be sick. She's not on my place and should be happy she isn't. Never again will go to this place.

Well stocked always has a supply of the specialised milk my grandaughter needs friendly helpful staff.

Popped in to buy a wooden beard comb, store is very nice, clean and presentable, sadly they didn't sell any in store.
