Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally cut my finger quite deep and came in to buy some extra bandages. Prem (one of the staff) was very kind and offered to have a look as I was worried about how deep it was. She cleaned my wound, rebandaged and gave advice on how to treat the cut. One day later and it's healing much faster than I thought it would. I never thought of asking advice for this kind of thing at the pharmacy but will certainly not hesitate again if I need to in the future!

The Pharmacist and his assistants are extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for me to help me with my recent ear infection. All the shop staff are very knowledgeable with all their products and again couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you all

Staff are amazing! One of the lovely ladies gave me advice on what products to use for my skin and I have seen a huge difference in my skin after using these products!

Walked in to see if I could get a flu vaccine here. Walked out a few mins later having had one. Quick and easy.

In General a Good place with a good choice of products but the pharmacist, Mr. Patel, is a very arrogant person who takes his consultation knowledge from re-reading fancy product leaflets.
If he notices you buy something as a man which is unisex or not labeled for a man explicitly he will make you aware that you don’t want to buy that if you respect yourself at all.

I went to Massingham today and was served by a wonderful lady (pran- I think). She helped me with all my questions and helped me select the right treatment. She also recommended a list of vitamins and treatments for my husbands migraines.she didn’t push me to buy them but suggested I took a photo. She also gave me a free lateral flow test for COVID when I told her I was a care worker.
