The worst run pharmacy in Woking, possibly the world. Have been using this pharmacy for a year to pick up a monthly prescription. Each time there is a queue out onto the pavement and then a 20 minute wait for your medication. 3/5 times the medication isn't in-stock, but you have to also wait in the queue to find this out. Booked a flu jab here and it has been cancelled twice. The phone is never answered. The shop itself is dusty and poorly stocked. Clearly they are prepared to continue running the pharmacy like this as there are plenty of similar reviews and nothing has been done to address them. Avoid if at all possible. Have switched to Boots.

Stood outside your shop right now that's meant to be closed at 5, and was already shut at 2pm. We've called over 50 times to try and organise the picking up of our prescription, and every phone call has been ignored. Had they picked up and informed us they were closing early I would have come earlier. Never before have I been so bloody angry, and now my sick mum has to wait today and tomorrow before she gets her medication. You don't even deserve 1 star

Systems do not work and you get to know once you que - they give wrong information to call 111 to ask for prescription redirection to another pharmacy but 111 waste 10 hours to reply to say this is not possible.
1-3PM they are closed due to staff shortages!!!
We are moving away from this Pharmacy for the entire family.

Shocking!! My elderly parents are constantly being messed about by this incompetent pharmacy. My father has diabetes and once again has been left with NO insulin because they have taken too long to dispense his prescription. Promised to call when it was ready yesterday and failed to do so. This morning he has none at all. How they are still open baffles me. Tried calling, phone rang, was picked up, hung up and now continually engaged so most likely off the hook. Horrid service from people who clearly don't care. AVOID!!!!!!

This is the worst example of a pharmacy servicing the community. The staff are rude & just don’t care! They close the doors at a drop of a hat, so published opening times are just a big fat lottery. They seem to be oblivious to the negative impact they have. There is no intention or desire to help the people that they are there to support, often very elderly, sick & vulnerable. It’s a horrible place that doesn’t deserve to be serving its community. I will never step foot there again. I have arranged for my elderly Mums prescriptions to be dispensed from a business that takes its place in the community seriously, works with empathy, care & professionalism. Shame it used to be such a lovely little pharmacy ☹️

I hate this pharmacy. I really do! People who working there are so untrustworthy.
I live in Old Woking so this is the reason why I'm still go there as is the closest to my home.
Today - 7.12 I wanted collect second bottle of my daughter' s antibiotics (the first one was made on Monday 5.12) and the pharmacist said that I must come back for second bottle 2 days later. And I came today but they said that they don't have this antibiotics as it's national shortage and they said that I have to back to GP for different antibiotics. My daughter is 4 years old and already started first bottle on Monday and should take it for 10 days. For them was ok to said: go back to GP and ask for different antibiotics. Lot of peaople now are ill and it is long time to connect and get appointment and ask for different antibiotics. I'm already was in big stress as for me was not make sense for changing it.
My husband called to GP and was told pharmacy need to put in the spine the prescritpion and received NHS tracking number which let him collect prescription from any pharmacy. After few phone calls to pharmacys we got the rest of the treatment.

My question is.. Why they lie? What was the problem to said: "sorry, we haven't this antibiotics in stock now and try in different pharmacy"?

Awful pharmacy always very long queues out to the pavement, never have your prescription ready and seem to close whenever they feel like it. I now cannot collect prescriptions on Sun, Mon & Tues because I work for a living and can't get to them before 3pm when they close. If your doctors sends an emergancy prescription to them after this time the you are quite frankly screwed.

This must be the worst pharmacy in the world,I pay these people £50.00, to deliver my prescription once a month and they can't do that.
Nobody ever Answers the phone there,as for their head office in Coventry, they are just as bad, putting it as bluntly as I can they are completely rubbish and a useless company ,and chemist I have ever Come across.
