Staff are ALWAYS friendly and ready to help with any request. Always go here for mess and anything else I might need. Thanks to all.

Part of the medical centre so easy for collecting any prescriptions you may have been given. Staff are all lovely and very helpful, explaining things you may not understand. Only down side is that they don't always have what I want. Lots of chairs while you're waiting your turn which is very helpful and lacking in most pharmacy nowadays.

Very caring also understanding go out of their way to help you

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Quick service and got what I needed when 3 other pharmacies couldn't help.

Since their long-term pharmacist left they appear to be struggling to secure a reliable pharmacist. Sometimes you will go and there is no pharmacist until after 2:30 PM so they cannot dispense. However, the staff are friendly nonetheless. It’s just a shame the place has become unpredictable with the shutter/door closed at random times. This is not communicated well other than a sign on the door/desk. Unless you call before visiting. It’s no wonder the front desk is stressed when swamped by 20 patients in one go but she handles it really well. It’s a shame the staff in the back can be overheard saying to their pharmacist: “They all came in one go!” What did you expect?! Disappointing and hopefully they improve.

I put my mums prescription in 13 days ago now and still not ready, this is the longest wait for a prescription so if you need your meds urgently then go elsewhere. I will be after i pick this one up, not going there again
